ORDERS:

Since most things are custom made, they are made to order. Depending on the amount of orders that come through from customers, wait times for an item can take 1-2 weeks until they are shipped. After the item is made it is then usually shipped within 2 days of completion. 

Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.

All custom orders outside our our product offers are contract based. Communication happens over email and no order is fulfilled until both parties agree to the work.

SHIPPING:

Hand Made Goods

We ship most item from the United States. We select the cheapest option to keep costs down. Within USA we offer tracking numbers with every order. Rates are calculated according to size and weight of items.

Print on Demand

We've teamed up with local print shops near you. All orders will be fulfilled by our local venders and tracking will be provided. All shipping costs will be based on where the product is produced.

PAYMENTS:

We accept PayPal or Credit Card. Just select your payment option when you checkout.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

All sales are final. However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Since all wood & leather goods are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of wood & leather. Each item has its own character & is unique in its own way. 

If wood or leather is not available at the time, another product can be suggested that is similar. Availability of wood & leather varies depending on demand and supply. Wood or leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.

Free local pickup is available in Goodyear, Arizona. Please use coupon code ELPICKUP at checkout and we'll make arrangements for pickup when your order is ready. We will contact you when you use this promo code to arrange pickup.
